Fresh Olives

The Fresh Olives is the fruit of the Olive tree and is a major component of the agriculture and gastronomy along the Mediterranean both in Europe and North Africa, as well as in the Middle East. Both fresh and cured olives are consumed by themselves, as an ingredient in other dishes (‘table olives’) and as olive oil
